How can we improve design expertise when we are constantly expected to work faster and be do-it-all unicorns? Acquiring depth of knowledge takes time so we have to prioritize and focus to truly gain deeper expertise.

I will share my experience going from a visual generalist to more of a UX specialist to illustrate how connecting skills to important problem areas can help you prioritize gaps to fill.
