Insights In Seconds: A Case Study on Leveraging AI to Boost Research Access

A recurring question I hear from UX professionals is: “How do we make insights more easily accessible to stakeholders?” Insights are often scattered, and researchers spend too much time answering messages for past research learnings. While research repository tools have tried to address this, gaps in accessibility and usability remain.

To tackle this, Back Market has built an internal conversational AI chatbot that helps team members find answers to user research questions independently. Instead of sending messages like “Do you have data on our top customer pain points?” stakeholders can now ask the chatbot and receive a comprehensive AI-summarized response based on our database of research insights within seconds.
