Lea Martin is a UX researcher at Blink who is endlessly curious and loves connecting with people to uncover the why behind experiences, habits, and rituals. She leverages her creative background and analytical mindset to strengthen collaboration between design and research.
Prior to Blink, Lea worked as an industrial designer and researcher at a start-up developing ergonomically focused wireless headphones. From there, she worked at Microsoft as a UX research contractor supporting product development for education and family safety.
Outside of Blink, you can find Lea learning and creating. Most frequently this is through exploring new recipes, sewing apparel, and making home goods out of wood and ceramics. As an avid podcast listener, she is constantly championing her favorite series and curating lists of recommendations.
