Designing Tomorrow’s Banking Experience: A Journey Into Emotional Design

How can we create a memorable banking experience which is intuitive, supportive, and soothing?

Many of us wonder what makes a product attractive and why we can develop emotional connections and even fall in love with certain products. However, banking experiences often suffer from complexity and lack of intuitiveness.

As the French government’s public investment bank, Bpifrance’s mission is to support entrepreneurs in a unique way. In this talk, we will discuss the journey of embracing emotional design from the ground up in the design of our digital experiences.

We will also provide tangible examples of how we imagine, design, and measure memorable experiences.
