Nikki Lee is a product manager who loves working with designers and researchers. She currently works for the federal government, spending most of her time trying to improve the ecosystem of software that underpins government-provided public benefits.
Before becoming a civil servant she was a Product Manager at Microsoft, working closely with researchers to reimagine how people use digital pens on Windows. Before that, she got a degree in Human-Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington. During the pandemic, Nikki taught her cat Bucky to give high fives in exchange for treats.
