The planning in now in progress for ConveyUX ’24. It will a hybrid event with speakers live in-person in Seattle and also presenting remotely as part of our synchronous virtual event platform. The conference will take place over three days Tuesday, February 27 through Thursday, February 29.

We are seeking UX professionals to share their ideas and experiences as speakers for this fun, collegial event.

The core of the program is UX-specific interest areas like research, design, strategy, and development, and customer and employee experience. We also love to include cross-disciplinary topics from information architecture, accessibility, DEI, and content strategy.

Most sessions are 45 minutes in length. Speakers receive an honorarium plus complimentary admission to the full conference.

Submit a Proposal

Our proposal process is really simple. Send your ideas for a topic and a bit about yourself to Program Manager Joe Welinske – [email protected].  Joe will confirm receiving it and get back to you with any questions.

You can submit your proposal as early as you like. We will consider proposals as they are received. The last date to submit a proposal is September 23, 2023.

The program will be announced in early October.
