Nicole Capuana

Nicole Capuana leads all things UX on a boat at LeanDog. Over the last 15 years, she has covered almost the entire spectrum of UX from coding to usability testing. She is co-founder of Her Ideas in Motion, a Cleveland nonprofit, that is working to change the gender ratio in tech by inspiring the next generation of girls through hands-on technology and media workshops. She leads Cleveland Lean Startup Circle and has been teaching others how design thinking, Lean UX, and a bit of Agile make a difference in building and designing great products.
