Michica Provato is a Product Design Manager and Innovation Catalyst at Intuit in Toronto where she designs solutions to empower small businesses, accounting professionals and the self-employed. She has been practicing UX for 20 years at companies like IBM, points.com, Algorithmics and AOL and is currently on the board of directors for the Toronto Chapter of the UXPA. While her work continues to challenge her and evolve over the years, her primary inspiration remains her family. As a dedicated hockey and swim mom of ten year old twins, most of her time is spent in the rink/pool and struggling to teach her kids the ‘new math’.
