Lexie Posada, M.Ed., Ph.D., is a Staff User Experience Researcher and leads product research and content teams at Keap. She works with designers and product teams to create seamless and effective experiences for customers. She has a background in Educational Psychology and Quantitative Methods, but loves all things research. Lexie has recruited participants from a variety of oil and gas, industrial services, and nuclear energy businesses as well as everyday consumers.
