As the head of qualitative recruiting, Donna Glosser, has led the qualitative recruiting division of Blink since 2013. She is well-versed in managing a variety of qualitative methods: focus groups, ethnographic studies, taste tests, in-depth interviewing, online research, and product placement. She has over 30 years of experience in operations and sales in the marketing research industry.
Donna is very active in the research community and has held board positions for both the Insights Association as well as Puget Sound Research Forum.
One of her proudest accomplishments in recent years has been hosting international college students. Her favorite aspects of hosting include helping the students improve their English, learning about their cultures and foods, introducing them to Seattle, and forming lifelong relationships. You can usually find Donna at her gym by 5:30 a.m. each weekday morning to start her day off right.
