Anna is a Senior Design Lead at eBay where she focuses on improving UX across selling experiences. She is very involved in accessibility and leads a cross-discipline team that built an accessibility Figma plugin for designers. Prior to eBay, Anna worked on design systems at Microsoft, where accessibility was also her key focus area. She participated in a group defining behaviors for accessible components at Microsoft. Her entry into UX was through visual design and marketing.

Anna believes that expressing accessibility concepts in terms familiar to designers leads to a deeper understanding of how their decisions impact the experience for all customers.
