As a trained social anthropologist working in the technology industry, Ulla has a keen interest in how people across the world use and interact with technology in their specific personal, social, and cultural contexts.

Her passion for inclusion and equity, society, social justice, and sustainability enables her to help influence how SAP builds the most inclusive products and services for people. Making sure that we have the best understanding of what peoples’ very specific needs, behaviors, and goals are, and how they shape and influence their interaction with technology is a core part of the two topics she focuses on most – inclusive design and cultural UX.
