Moneta Ho Kushner is passionate about setting customer-focused vision and growing collaborative UX teams to successfully deliver on that vision. Currently a product design manager at Facebook, she leads design for Facebook Groups. Her team recently launched the Groups Tab, which puts communities front and center in the Facebook app. Prior to joining Facebook, she led design at the marketplace startup OfferUp, Search ads formats at Google and the design system for Windows at Microsoft.
