Lydia Knoll
Project Lead, Communities & Impact • adidas

Portland, Oregon

Lydia Knoll has spent the last eight years working in the sports industry across various digital functions and most recently she’s applied her digital acumen to lead adidas’s North America Community Programming efforts. In this role, she drove the creation of a new digital platform aimed at increasing access to education around creativity, purpose, business, and sport. Her early career impact won her the Front Office Sports “Rising 25” award as well as the CSM and Sports Business Journal “Game Changers Mentee” title. Currently, Lydia is pursuing a dual degree MBA with a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Notre Dame and supporting research around intersectional environmentalism. Her curiosity drives her to continually ask questions and challenge ideas, and she hopes you will join her in challenging assumptions and biases in the digital world.
