Lauren Monsein Rhodes is an ethnographer and qualitative researcher who is currently a Senior User Researcher in Cisco’s Security Business Group. She has worked at Crown Equipment Corporation, Jane Addams Hull-House Museum, University of Latvia, and served on the board of the Museum Education Roundtable. She is currently a member of EPIC’s Equity Council and served as Panel Chair at EPIC2021 and Learning and Networking Week Co-chair at EPIC 2022. Lauren’s writing can be found in The journal of museum education (as a co-editor for the March 2019 special issue “Museums as allies: Mobilizing to address migration”), Echo gone wrong, Satori.lv, EPIC2022 conference proceedings, and the User Interviews blog. She holds a PhD in anthropology from the University of Washington and an MSEd in Museum Education from Bank Street College of Education.
