Kathleen Asjes

Bio:

Kathleen is UX research lead for the Media division of Schibsted, driving research for the product development of the largest online newspapers in both Sweden and Norway. She is a Dutch national currently based in Stockholm and has worked with UX research for over a decade. Her wide interest in every aspect of humans using technology has led to a large variety of experiences, from research for the development of accessible music for visually impaired children to document management systems for off-shore engineers. Her main aim with UX research is not so much understanding end-users, but mostly having impact on the product development team by making them learn about their end-users.

Kathleen also teaches UX research courses at Berghs School of Communication as well as hosting the research community in Stockholm with a UX Research Meetup group that has 250+ members.
