Elise Paradis, PhD, is a UX researcher and athlete who has spent the last few years thinking, researching, and writing about the developer experience first at Meta, and now at Google, where she is in the AI space. She loves to do conceptual work, to think about collaboration among humans and with machines, and who often geeks out about what we can learn from athletes and from the outdoors when designing tools and systems.
