I have over 25 years experience leading large scale e-commerce global retail brands, news, web design agencies, AI/ML startup sectors and in all cross functional areas of CX related disciplines including research, design and the digital development of human centered improved experiences. I have owned the analytic 360 view of customer VOCx/VOEx programs and pioneered UX/IA practices and subsequent teams across board. I have recently lept into healthcare insurance after the pandemic to conquer some of the challenges we face within a growing digital divide regarding healthcare access. I hope to bring the philosophy of “don’t reinvent the wheel” but bring forward the best experience we can deliver to scale on age old issues before we rapidly innovate.
