Cate McGehee

Cate is a Senior Content Strategist at Expedia, where she works on content personalization, usability, and architecture. She teaches the course “Crafting the User Experience” in the University of Washington’s Content Strategy and Storytelling certificate program and is currently completing her Master’s degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering. Before Expedia, she worked in content strategy, UX, and research for clients including Amazon, Unity, Adidas, and Microsoft, and founded a pro-bono UX consultancy for arts organizations and nonprofits. Her resume also includes many years of music journalism, making coffee, watching kids, and walking dogs.
