Conference Website
Access conference information, including detailed session descriptions and speaker bios, at ConveyUX.com — the best and latest source of information through February 15. Prior to, and during, the conference we may adjust the schedule.
The first sessions start at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time each day.
Virtual Experience
The Virtual Experience will take place in Ring Central — a web-based application. You will receive a Ring Central link before the conference, so you can set up your profile and your own conference agenda. Ring Central will mirror the in-person schedule.
You are welcome to attend any of the conference sessions. Workshop presentations on Wednesday are included with your pass. Workshop breakout groups, however, will not be live streamed.
You can access the event through your browser on a desktop or mobile device.
In the Virtual Experience schedule, we have annotated a few segments with “virtual” [e.g., Speed Networking (virtual)]. This occurs where virtual and onsite activities overlap. For example, Speed Networking (virtual) on day 1 overlaps with a similar in-person Speed Networking activity.
Video Recordings and Live Streaming
All registered attendees receive access to video recordings of sessions. A comprehensive package will be provided to you in a password-protected location after the event concludes.
You can also get a look at the unedited videos using the Ring Central Replay feature. Each session video should be available approximately 30 minutes after the end of each session.
Slides and Other Materials
All registered attendees receive access to presentation slides and other materials. A comprehensive package will be provided to you in a password-protected location after the event concludes. Please note that not all speakers elect to provide their materials for distribution.
Code of Conduct
The ConveyUX conference has a Code of Conduct that we expect attendees to adhere to. For related issues contact “Get Help” in the People tab of the Virtual venue.
