Tracey Jackson is a Senior User Experience Designer for Abbott Informatics/STARLIMS and formerly Pricewaterhouse Coopers Digital Services (PwC Digital).

For over a decade, she has designed both desktop/mobile interfaces, performed usability studies and research for numerous Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. She has earned certifications in Usability Testing, User Research and User-Centered Design, an MBA from Purdue University, and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University. She has spoken at various tech conferences such as UX-Dev Week, Black Tech Week Miami, Grace Hopper Celebration for Women in Tech, and Convey UX.

Tracey is also an active member of her community where she served on the Executive Board in the Miami-Dade Chapter of the FAMU National Alumni Association in the positions of Media and Marketing and Recording Secretary. She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated – Eta Nu Zeta Chapter in Miami Gardens.
