Meghan Borsic is currently SVP, UX & Product Design for Salesforce. Previous to Salesforce, she was Head of UX for Amazon CE. Rapid and sustainable user growth is her true passion. Getting a life-changing product into the hands of millions of people is her calling. Empowering a team to do the above provides her with enormous gratification. She has found that when a team genuinely likes one another they do the most phenomenal work. She leads her organizations to get the best results and produce ground-breaking products through fun and proven tactics that she’s excited to share with others.

With 20+ years of expertise in design strategy, user research and user experience design Meghan has led companies and product teams from ambiguity to clarity, winning a few design awards along the way. She considers herself a “product surgeon” who takes an unhealthy product and makes an endurance athlete out of it. As such, she’s had the opportunity to produce healthy, enduring results for echelon clients including Amazon, Apple, Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, Salesforce, and more. She’s excited to share what she has learned along her UX leadership journey and connect with others.
