Llewyn Paine

Llewyn Paine, Ph.D., is a user researcher for Bing, specializing in user engagement.  In both commercial and academic settings, she has used methods ranging from reaction time to biometrics to answer questions difficult for traditional qualitative or quantitative methods.

She recently led Bing’s first effort to adopt biometric testing for feature design.
