Lana is currently a Senior UX Designer at the Best Buy mobile technology center in Seattle where she focuses on the Service experience in the retail app. Before Best Buy she worked as a Senior Interaction designer at Honeywell Safety & Productivity solutions where she focused on creating design efficiencies, mostly in the distribution space.
Previous to working at Honeywell, Lana spent 10 years at advertising agencies in New York City both on the data and design sides where she created web and app experiences for clients ranging from healthcare to automotive and retail. While in graduate school at Pratt, her interests overlapped with Healthcare design and lead to speaking engagements at the Healthcare Experience Design conference in Boston, Big D Design conference in Dallas as well as groups within NYC.
