Lana Pledger

Lana recently joined HERE as a Senior Design Researcher working on new Open Location Platform. Lana brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in design research from her varying roles at Optum, Microsoft, and Expedia. In addition to her experience of doing qualitative and quantitative research methods, Lana also has experience in data mining tools for qualitative and quantitative analysis… She believes in “Focus on the user and all else will follow” concept.

Lana has a BS in Internet Computing, MS in Psychology, and an MS in Human Centered Design and Engineering.
