Previously, Jon held numerous design leadership and principal design roles with agencies, in-house and tech startups based in Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia and Canada across many industries and well-recognized brands. He believes that in-depth research and understanding of user and business needs brings the clarity needed to confidently make informed design decisions.
