Jo Elliott

L. Jo Elliott has a PhD in Psychology and has worked as a Usability Engineer for IBM, at the Department of Defense and the NMSU Unmanned Aerial Systems PSL lab. At IBM, she changed the way that expert users contributed to product design. She has highlighted the importance of usability testing for Soldiers and worked to increase usability testing in defense.
