Jessie Webster

Jessie Webster is an Experience Researcher with projekt202. She studied journalism at the University of Arizona and delights in applying journalistic principles and practice to ethnographic research. She believes that all experiences are stories waiting to be uncovered, understood and shared with those who have the desire and ability to improve lives, one interaction at a time.  She believes firmly that VIP not only stands for very important person, but also very individual person. She believes this is the core of user research and drives respectful consideration of users’ distinct wants, needs and desires.
