Jerrod Larson manages the Alaska Airlines’ User Experience team in support of alaskaair.com. Prior to this role he worked at Amazon.com where he managed a team of researchers and designers. Before Amazon.com he was in user experience leadership at Boeing setting UX standards. He has a Ph.D. in Human-Centered Design from the University of Washington, where he has lectured.
