Harshita is a product designer at Optum, an American Healthcare & Innovation company which is on a mission to help people live healthier lives & to help make the healthcare system work better for everyone. She is currently designing products which enhances patient care and clinical workflows at Optum.

A problem-solver at heart, Harshita has been using visual mapping for the past five years to tackle challenges across various domains. By combining words and pictures, she brings clarity and creativity to complex problems, making her approach both innovative and effective. This helps her to explore new ways to integrate Design & Technology in Healthcare.

Beyond her professional role, Harshita actively spreads awareness about PCOS, a cause close to her heart as a decade-long fighter of the condition. Also, she is currently working as a student ambassador with Femtech India to spread awareness around women’s health.

When she’s not designing, she plays guitar, practice calisthenics, explore new things and immerse herself in reading and writing.
