Elizabeth has helped over 50 companies enhance the user experience of their flagship tools. Currently, she is UX Director at ZS for the product design group. In this endeavor, she’s focused on putting more “user” in the UX practice. She forged direct pathways to customer feedback, including establishing a research team, forming a client council, and enabling product teams to connect with customers more effectively. Elizabeth also spearheaded the creation of ZSUI, the company’s first Design System. This effort enhanced and unified the look and feel across digital products and reduced design and development time for new features. One of Elizabeth’s favorite things about UX is explaining what she does to new people, a discussion which frequently elicits comments such as, “That sounds like such a cool job!” She couldn’t agree more.
