Darren is extremely passionate about all things UX Design: Including user experience, customer experience, and learning experience. He holds over 28 years of experience across the discipline. Darren’s professional footprint spans such organizations as BD, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, DigitasLBi, MRM/McCann, Wunderman Digital, Bosch, Ryder, Cengage Learning, and USA Networks, to name a few. He currently serves as an adjunct professor for Brandeis University, UCLA, Michigan State University, and Lawrence Tech University and leads UX workshops at Grand Circus in Detroit, Michigan. Darren is one of the authors featured in the “97 Things Every UX Practitioner Should Know,” founder and host of the UX ChitChat Hour, and the former Director of Interaction Design Foundation’s Detroit Chapter.
