My UX research journey began at Google, where I designed intuitive interfaces and AI solutions for novice internet users, including farmers in India and senior citizens in Japan. I focused on mobile technology and am passionate about the intersection of digital and physical experiences, particularly in machinery UX. This interest, along with a deep passion for IoT in agriculture, led me to the B2B IoT sector. Here, I navigate complex ecosystems of radio networks, cloud platforms, and devices, utilising user-centric design to bridge the gap between technology and human needs.
