Sybil Mulokwa is a design leader with a deep commitment to understanding people. She’s always been curious about what makes people tick and now uses that curiosity to create and improve products through intentional and strategic design. In addition, she has an innate passion for problem-solving, which she uses to help organizations deliver delightful experiences.

Currently, she is head of design at TaxAct, leading teams that build tax prep software and wealth management tools for financial professionals. Sybil is a graduate of VCU Brandcenter with an M.S. in Creative Technology, and she continues to be a lifelong learner.
