Sharon Bautista is a user experience researcher and has been an organizer of the UX Book Club of Chicago for the last 10 years. She is currently Research Director at global innovation experience firm Designit. Previously, she led mixed methods research and managed UX teams agency-side and in-house. Sharon gives talks regularly and teaches courses on topics related to inclusive design and organizational change.
