Colin Eagan, M.S., is principal for experience design at ICF Olson in Washington, D.C., where he consults for clients including BB&T, UnitedHealthcare, and AARP. Notable project work includes the redesign of Lowe’, launch of OpenForum by American Express, and work on Bank of America’s Flagscape intranet, cited by Jakob Nielsen as a top pic for intranet usability. Colin is a frequent contributor to UX conferences and publications, including Confab, UXPA International, IA Summit, A List Apart, Ad Age, and The UX Booth. He credits any career success thus far to not going to law school.
