I am a product manager, researcher, and designer hybrid with experience managing products and programs in the US and in Europe. I currently lead experience design for Cisco Enterprise Agreements, a popular segment responsible for about 10% of Cisco’s revenue. In this role, I spearhead the design of our sales tools while also leading usability studies involving Cisco’s sales force and channel partners.
