Magic Link

Prior to the conference, you will receive a “Magic Link” from ConveyUX <[email protected]>, which is unique to your registration. You can use it to directly enter the virtual experience — before (and after) it goes live — and set up your profile and your personal schedule, called My Agenda.

To add a schedule segment to My Agenda, enter the event (with your Magic Link) and select the bookmark icon for that segment. To remove a segment, select the highlighted bookmark.

Virtual Experience

The Virtual Experience will take place in RingCentral — a web-based application.

You are welcome to attend any of the conference sessions.

Workshop presentations on Wednesday are included with your pass. Workshop breakout groups, however, will not be live streamed.

In the schedule, we have annotated a few segments with “virtual” [e.g., Speed Networking (virtual)]. This occurs where similar virtual and onsite activities overlap. For example, one day 1, Speed Networking (virtual) overlaps with Speed Networking (onsite).

You can access the virtual experience through your browser on a desktop/laptop (preferable) or a mobile device. RingCentral recommends Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge for the best experience.

For tips on using RingCentral, visit our RingCentral page.
