Elizabeth is a UX Researcher at Shopify, a leading ecommerce platform based in Canada. Before joining Shopify, she managed the UX research program at Prosper, a financial tech startup in San Francisco.
Influenced by her doctoral research in psychology, Elizabeth has recently become interested in how to design appropriate, engaging, and “human” conversations between people and various forms of automated communication, including chatbots.
