Actively participate in one of the 3 concurrent workshops on Wednesday, February 28, 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• How to Incorporate Generative AI Into Your Workflow
• Incorporating AI Into Your UX Practice
• Unlocking Customer Success Outcomes

Workshop instructors will introduce the material, then participants will move into breakout groups for activities.

Workshop instructors and helpers will be there to assist breakout groups. Everyone will return to the main room for a post-mortem.

There may be several breakout room cycles depending on the workshop.
