Inclusive Design at Microsoft

Can design be both universal and personal? When interactions with technology are pervasive, designers face new challenges and opportunities in addressing the true breadth of human diversity. In this session we will explore techniques to consider the full range of human diversity to help us design better products for everyone.

Learning outcomes include:

  • A practical understanding of Inclusive Design and the tools available that can be applied to your work
  • How this practice is being scaled across Microsoft
  • Examples of Inclusive Design coming to life: how (process) and what (product)
